Inmotion continues to exceed our expectations and our most recent phone conversation with Christa M regarding our account is no exception. It was time for our annual renewal and the credit card on our account was no longer valid. We called in while traveling and had no account information to make it where Christa could quickly access our account. That didn’t slow her down though. After a series of questions she was able to retrieve our account update the information and make sure that everything was in perfect order and ensure us that there would be no problems or disruptions because of the lapse in payment. Christa was extremely patient efficient and made sure that all of our questions/concerns were addressed in one call.
