Worst Customer Service/Support Ever

I have had two stints with FatCow (trying to give them a second chance) but no matter how cheap they are I can’t justify paying the price. Their customer service and support is just abysmal. Not only is their customer service and support abysmal but the reliability and speed of their servers are not good at all. I’ve had my website be inaccessible for an hours or so at a time maybe once every few months. That I can somewhat tolerate but other times it will just be painfully slow and timeout. When I have done 24 hour uptime tests they’ve shown many issues with the servers. The reason I had to do a 24 hour uptime test was because when I spoke to tech support about my site’s issues they said they saw no issues. I did the report sent them a link to the report and they STILL said there were no issues. SERIOUSLY?! They deleted my account the day of my renewal so I wasn’t able to renew my domain manually. Then they said they’d have it fixed in 2-4 hours. That was 13 hours ago..
