I became their customer in 2000, then it was good.

After their acquisition in 2023 by another company they did:
* suddenly stop including 5GB mail for each domain
* asking ridiculous prices for their payed email service
* ridiculous price increases on domains EACH AND EVERY YEAR
* blocking cross-domain mail sending (even if you paid for their email service)
* arbitrarily add a 72-hours blocking of domain transfer-out (to prevent customer from moving to another domain reseller)

Don’t believe their TrustPilot reputation: TP is packed with fake reviews of enthoustiastic “customers”.

I’ve transfered out my last domain in May 2025, I am very happy to say FAREWELL GANDI.NET !
