Quel est le problème?

I have been a 1 and 1 customer for 6 years. I am a web developer/designer and have never had a problem with billing, backups, databases, or tech support. I frequently recommend 1 and 1 to my clients. Yes the tech support people are from over seas, but they are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
