Avis client Mavenhosting

I am using mavenhosting for 1.5 years. First year was pretty good quick e-mail support no problems.

After that they charged me 2 times for 1 account annual payment.

Then they blocked ALL russian IP’s for connecting to all sites hosted by mavenhosting.com

For past week i am receiving message from Google Webmaster Tools that googlebot can’t acces to all my websites because there is 3 DNS-errors and errors raised to 100%.

I wrote to support’s email i made new tickets but there is no asnwer for 4 days. Simply igornoring me.
