I have been working with Infomaniak for almost 10 years now and, to date, it is the only one that gives me satisfaction. It is not without flaws, but those that remain are either insignificant or bearable until they are improved. Their simple shared web+mail offer is limited to one but effective. Unlike OVH, for example, which offers a plethora of choices but has failed me so often at critical moments. I’m not even talking about their unreachable customer service with a minimum of 20 minutes of waiting. Infomaniak has never exceeded the 5-minute waiting time on average with an effective response almost all the time. Every time I had a crash, even a minimal one, I received an email explaining why. Their workspace evolves each year in the right direction even if there are still things to improve. I’m waiting for version 2019. Their newsletter tool is a good basis for improvement but certainly effective for 90% of users. I don’t have the benefit of hindsight on their high-end offers that didn’t use it. But I have no doubt about their effectiveness. Not everyone may have the same experience, but for the moment I don’t see any reason to change.
