Avis client IONOS

I have been a customer of 1 and 1 for 2 years and have only experienced email downtime for 2 hours which is far above the last company I used I have found their technical support a little lacking but the one issue I had was quickly resolved. which was I was having difficulty switching registrars over to 1 and 1 but they were able to help me efficently and had all of taken care of in 48 hours. to put that into perspective last time I had to do that with another company it took 6 business days overall I am very happy with their service
